David has restored my inner beast.  It’s been years since I’ve had a personal trainer due to torn cartilage in my hip and relentless tendonitis in my shoulder.  But through a chance meeting, I decided to give David a try, and it was the best decision I’ve made this year.  In just a month’s time, my clothes are looser and my I have gained much of my strength back.

David is the first personal trainer I’ve experienced that clearly knows his craft.  He is attentive to my personal needs and is constantly checking in to see what is comfortable for my body.  It seriously feels like an amped up physical therapy session.

His style is motivating but not militant, and it’s obvious David is genuinely invested in my success.  My hour long sessions zip by, and I leave feeling like I just kicked the world’s ass.  If time and cost would allow, I would work out with David on a daily basis.  It’s only been a few months, but I can’t wait to see even more changes in my body and my inner strength.
